Fish In Foil

Looking for a meal high in protein but also low in calories, fat and carbs?  Great, because I'm about to give you a quick and easy recipe by Jamie Eason!  It gets bonus points because it's an easy clean up too!  If you use the guidelines you can pick any kind of fish with any of your favorite veggies to go along with it.  Steaming the fish and vegetables within the foil pouch provides moisture in the fish and you'll likely never make your fish any other way again because it's simply amazing.  The 2 main things to check before buying fish is the cholesterol level and sodium amounts.  When it comes to picking your veggies asparagus is always a winner because it's a natural diuretic = helps to lean out!
